How to close out a ticket

###How to close out a single ticket or batch of tickets 1. Click the customer name 2. In the upper-right corner of the ticket item, click “Close Ticket” 3. Then click “Go Back” on the left-hand side to return to the queue screen 4. The customer will no longer appear in the queue (assuming you are in the Lobby – Open view) ###How to close multiple tickets simultaneously 1. Click the colorful “LC” circle next to the customer name for each ticket you wish to close 2. Then click “Select Action,” which pops up at the top of the customer list after you make your selections 3. Select “Change Status,” which is the first option in the drop-down 4. The click “Closed,” which is the last option in the New Status drop-down menu 5. The customer will no longer appear in the queue (assuming you are in the Lobby – Open view)
