Accessing the helpdesk

Mojo helpdesk can be accessed from any web browser or via the smart phone app. To access the helpdesk go to: The above link will take you to the knowledge base, which is the externally-facing portal to the helpdesk. This area includes the knowledge base topics, articles, and search bar, as well as a link where you can generate new tickets (blue button, upper-right corner). However, staff should not be generating tickets from this screen (the blue button is intended for external customers). Instead, staff agents should click the “Back to helpdesk” link at the top to access the dashboard. This area provides the full range of helpdesk functionality where you can generate, search for, respond to, and close out tickets.
